About

COURAGE! Courage is what it takes to embark upon the therapy journey, and I am here to help you face those vulnerabilities, challenges, and transitions. I’m passionate about empowering individuals who have felt voiceless, unseen, misunderstood and marginalized and I love working with and empowering women in all stages of life. I would love to teach easy to use skills to help manage stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. While not my sole practice, I have over 20 years’ experience working with teens, supporting them to be their best selves while navigating the complex world they live in. Therapy is mostly about developing skills and I would love to help you learn ways to maintain regulation and relaxation.
